まるわI saw the first bonito, so I had some Kochi sake. I had saved it for heating sake, but before I knew it, Tamanoi (a brand for the southern part of the prefecture) had disappeared into the back of the refrigerator.
It's a very clear and crisp sake, with a hint of sweetness in the spiciness that makes it truly delicious.
When heated, it becomes fluffy and heavy,

It is a great sake to drink.
It is very good both cold and warmed,
I will definitely buy a bottle next time.
