Tamanoi特別本醸造

まるわI saw the first bonito, so I had some Kochi sake. I had saved it for heating sake, but before I knew it, Tamanoi (a brand for the southern part of the prefecture) had disappeared into the back of the refrigerator. It's a very clear and crisp sake, with a hint of sweetness in the spiciness that makes it truly delicious. When heated, it becomes fluffy and heavy, When heated, it becomes fluffy and heavy, overflowing with the flavor of special honjozo. It is a great sake to drink. It is very good both cold and warmed, I will definitely buy a bottle next time.

KanoThank you for loving Kochi sake! I would choose "Kure Junmai Sake" to pair with bonito. If you haven't tried it, please do!

まるわGood evening, Kano-san. I drank Kurei the other day when I visited Kochi. It is delicious, isn't it? But I can't get it in Osaka where I live. I envy those in Kochi.
