I think I prefer this to the Junmai Ginjo!

It's been a long time since I've tasted Tobikirou. This may be my first Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is not so much, but it's very clear and crisp like Tobikirou. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious.
It is perfect as a food sake. We enjoyed it again.

Junmai Daiginjo is not a glamorous Daiginjo, but an elegant Junmai Daiginjo with a strong flavor.
The aroma is gentle, the mouthfeel is round and clean like fresh water, and after the calm sweetness and umami, the taste is elegant and deep with a citrusy acidity like apricots, which is dry.
It is delicious, with a robust umami that does not get tired of being drunk and does not lose to peculiar meals!

It's been a while since I've had Tobiroki's Black Label.
The first aroma is softly sweet with a hint of rice.

It is like a dry version of the white Hiyoroki.
