I have not had a chance to drink this brand. As a lover of light nigori, I have to buy it.
The aroma and sweetness are weak, but it is very tasty. I really like the bitter aftertaste! I guess there is a reason why it is a popular brand....
Highly recommended 🍶.
Bought yakitori, from the Depa.
with a salad. I had a garlic
and a bowl of suta-don. I love it 🤭.
My favorite shimofuri from the Loman series.
Loman. 😍Like the spring hazy lomang.
The pizzazz has calmed down and become shittier and
It has become more attractive. 😋
With a beautiful gentle mellow sweetness,
The aftertaste disappears nicely. 😚.
I like it best when it's warmed to human body temperature rather than cold.
I like it best when it is warmed up to human body temperature rather than cold. ☺️ usually
I usually use a Yongo bottle due to the stock in the fridge.
but it's been a while since I've had a bottle of sake. I want to enjoy it as much as I can.
I want to enjoy it as much as I can. 🥰
Hello Hanapin-san 😃You must be enjoying yourself with delicious snacks and a bottle of sake......you must be drinking too much! I've never had this sake, so I'm curious to try it...
Good evening, brother. 🫡
The salads at the department store are more than
I am attracted by the taste of the dressing more than anything else.
I wish you could sell it at . I wish they sell ☺️ 🤭.
I'm sure you'll be able to find a good sake from Hanaizumi.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'm sure you'll love it 😄
Hi, Hanapin 🐦.
The previous curry and the sta-don I haven't seen in a while are both delicious looking menus that I can stand before lunch 😻😻
I haven't tried Shimofuri Romain yet💦I'd like to try Romain's orikagari or shi and I think it would go well with it. ❣️
Thank you, Pon.
Thank you very much. 😭
I'm a good old man and I've been eating my guts out.
I'm having it with gusto. 😍
If you come across any Lomang (Mr. Hanaizumi)
Please consider it. 😊

This is a light nigori sake born in mid-winter and served in early fall when the frost comes down. It is a seasonal sake and is perfect for days when it is cold and we have started heating the house.
Junmai Ginjyo, light nigori sake, single shot fire-fermented, made from Aizu's Gohyakumangoku, Yumenokou, and Himenomochi, with a rice polishing ratio of 55% and an alcohol content of 16%. Lomang features a four-stage glutinous rice brewing process.
Today's first cup is a top-loaded one with no lees. Melon-like flavor, with some bitterness, soft and clear. It is suitable for warming up and can be enjoyed slowly.

The initial aroma is of melon and lychee-like blue fruits.
In the mouth, the umami of rice and a trace of sweetness spreads. The same aroma as the nose on the rise spreads in the mouth.
The finish is smooth and crisp while giving off a leesiness.
A little more sweetness and lightness would be preferable.
Also, the alu-ness of the attack might be a little too strong.
Thanks for your comment.
I am also from Tohoku and I love Minamiaizu sake. Loman, of course, Kunigon, Yamanoi, etc... it's a great place with all kinds of wonderful sake!
Gorgeous sweet aroma. The refreshing taste is followed by the sweetness of the rice, which gradually gives way to a dry taste. Pour it into a glass and let it sit for a while to let the flavor round out and enhance its deliciousness.
It's been a long time since I've been to Lomang!
I prepared this sake for my sister's fiancée. I was hesitant to choose the regular Romain, but I was told that Shimofuri Romain is in season right now.
I was so nervous that I honestly don't remember the taste. ............
It was delicious. Nigori (nigori), ama-ami (sweet and tasty), and stable Romain.
Kunigon is a 5 minute walk from my parents' house, Kaito Oyama is a classmate of the owner's sister, and Aizu is a 15 minute walk from my grandparents' house. Please continue to support the sake of Minami Aizu Town!
Hanaizumi Shuzo

It is refreshing and goes well with any food.
Delicious even in the moments when you don't feel the sake.
I like it best in the Loman series.
It is also delicious when heated.
