Nanakuchiman, a summer sake from Kuchiman that focuses on the terroir of Minamiaizu and the four-stage brewing of glutinous rice. Mild fruity aroma of Daiginjo and Utsukushima Yume yeast. The refreshing and pleasant bitterness of the base Gohyakumangoku and the sweetness of Mochi Rice Hime mochi.
We opened the bottle just in time for our eldest son's return to Japan. It made me smile. It is a sake that you can drink more and more.
Thank you, Jay & Nobby. In honor of my eldest son and his wife and grandson #1 returning home, we opened a bottle of Kangiku Hoshikai, Kuchiman 7 Kuchiman, and another bottle of Kuchiman, momentum is scary. We are currently enjoying the rest of the sake.
Lo ten thousand today.
Junmai Ginjo from the Loman series, which focuses on Aizu.
Smooth on the palate. Delicious, with a gentle, slightly sweet taste. There was also a sharp dry bitterness afterward.
Aizu and Aizuwakamatsu may be different, but come to think of it, Tsurugajo Castle in Aizuwakamatsu is a very beautiful castle.
Thanks for your comment, nabe-san! Sake in Fukushima is really good 😄It may not be the donpish, but Ouchi-juku was also very nice! The soba noodles we had in the wonderful townscape were delicious✨.
If you have a chance, please try our Kagawa sake as well!
Thank you, Loman, for the gift you gave me.
It goes smoothly in the mouth and feels gooey and sweet. A bit like a hard peach. The aftertaste is sharp but leaves a hint of elegant sweetness 😊.
A sake that I would not normally pick up.
Fukushima sake is also good 🍑.
