Aged for 7 years, Ichiroman! It's that time of the year for Ichiromant, and I can't believe I got to taste a seven year old bottle. I was served it warm, and the aroma alone was enough to satisfy me. The flavor was also very relaxing as the umami spread softly and gently. The sake is said to have been stored in a sake brewery.
It has been a while since I purchased a new sake. It is a variant of the Hanazono Shuzo Roman series, which I have been curious about for a while. I decided to try Toroman.
When the bottle is opened, the elegant, understated aroma is irresistible. The moment it hits the palate, it tastes more like banana than rice-derived sweetness. It is fruity and easy to drink, and on top of that, it is a delicious sake with a strong alcohol taste. It is more suitable for evening drinking than as a mealtime sake. I prefer to savor the robust flavor of Gohyakumangoku sake.
I procured it at Kaki-numa.
It is a little spicy at first sight. It's not very thick... It's not sharp, it's hard to tell...
It tastes a little bitter, not beautiful. Is it okay to call it "royal road dry"?
This is a sake that I am a little lost in the report. I will take time to taste it!
This is Hanaizumi's Loman. This is ZERO MAN, with rich umami and sweetness. I did not feel much acidity, but felt the umami and sweetness directly. I had a blissful time with the Kuroge Wagyu Beef Halami.
