It is Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo's Kamikawa Junmai Sake. It was purchased at a Seven-Eleven in Sounkyo, Kamikawa-cho. It is a good sake with good acidity and sharpness. It is good to drink at room temperature.
It is the sake which is sold in the Seven-Eleven of Kamikawa-cho or Sounkyo in Hokkaido.
I bought it as a souvenir for my wife on the way back from a snowboarding trip to Kamikawa in March.
I always buy it when I go to Kamikawa area... It's really good!
Hi Izumie-san, 🐶It's good to be able to buy it easily at a convenience store. Now, you can buy special Kamikawa Daisetsu, which Hotel Daisetsu employees helped brewing.

That's right. It's also located in Kamikawa town in Hokkaido, about 150km away from Sapporo, which is not an easy place to visit...

The aroma is mild.
The acidity is firm. It also has a tingling sensation, but compared to Junmai Ginjo, it has a sweeter taste.

The smell is softly of rice and alcohol.
The taste is slightly bitter and strawberry-like fruity after feeling some gas. I can feel the fruity taste like strawberry.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is different from the gorgeous feeling that spreads suddenly.
You have to go there to buy this sake. My friend was going to Kamikawa, so I asked him to buy it for me.
The dryness sticks at first, and the sweetness spreads gradually.
It has a rich aroma of rice and is easy to drink. It is delicious.
