It is the sake which is sold in the Seven-Eleven of Kamikawa-cho or Sounkyo in Hokkaido. I bought it as a souvenir for my wife on the way back from a snowboarding trip to Kamikawa in March. I always buy it when I go to Kamikawa area... It's really good!

Hi Izumie-san, 🐶It's good to be able to buy it easily at a convenience store. Now, you can buy special Kamikawa Daisetsu, which Hotel Daisetsu employees helped brewing.

Kamikawa Junmai Daiginjo Kamikawa Daisetsu Shuzo Compare Kamikawa. The aroma is mild. The acidity is firm. It also has a tingling sensation, but compared to Junmai Ginjo, it has a sweeter taste. This one is more to my liking. Rice polishing ratio 40%. Alcohol 16 degrees

Kamikawa Junmai Ginjo Kamikawa Daisetsu Shuzo The first Hokkaido sake to conquer the Japanese map. This is a hometown tax return gift. I think it is originally for local consumption only. It has a unique taste with a strong and long lasting tingling sensation. Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16 degrees

The smell is softly of rice and alcohol. The taste is slightly bitter and strawberry-like fruity after feeling some gas. I can feel the fruity taste like strawberry. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is different from the gorgeous feeling that spreads suddenly.

You have to go there to buy this sake. My friend was going to Kamikawa, so I asked him to buy it for me. The dryness sticks at first, and the sweetness spreads gradually. It has a rich aroma of rice and is easy to drink. It is delicious.

Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery's Kamikawa which is making a name for itself recently. It is a hometown tax return gift of Kamikawa town. It has a tingling feeling on the palate, and while it is fruity, it has a strong flavor and sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth.

The brewery uses natural water from the Daisetsu Mountains and three types of sake rice from Hokkaido: Comet, Ginpu and Kitashizuku. I received Kamikawa Daisetsu Shuzo, which was introduced on Mo Satte, as a hometown tax payment. Sweet, easy to drink, goes well with meals! It was delicious.
