I received Kamikawa Taisetsu when I visited Sapporo! The label design seems to have changed.
It is juicy, reminiscent of apples, and moderately light on the palate. I had it well chilled 😋.
The owner of the store was so particular that he visited the brewery himself to see how it was made and what it tasted like.
The store has already closed.
It seems that this sake is only available in the Hokkaido region.
It was really just a little tangy, no peculiarities, easy to drink, and aromatic.
It tasted elegant, and I liked it!
If I ever go back to that area, I would like to try a different series.
