After drinking beer, I went for sake! I asked the waitress for a recommendation, and she gave me the Kamikawa Taisetsu three kinds of sake to compare! I haven't had Kamikawa Taisetsu for a long time, as Sanzen Sakura is the current boom in Hokkaido sake! It was my first time to try Kamikawa brand! As the label says, it is a junmai sake but fruity! It goes well with vegetables and meat! I sipped the three kinds in order and felt the deliciousness! Thanks for the recommendation, waitress 😊. The lamb yakisoba was delicious! extensive knowledge Although the rice polishing ratio is 70%, the sake is made by hand in small quantities, just like a daiginjo-shu. We have specially prepared a luxurious evening sake that you will never get tired of drinking because of its carefulness.

I bought it when I went to Sounkyo Onsen, it was a bit expensive 😢It has a gorgeous aroma, sweet and sour condensed with a bit of bitterness afterwards, it was delicious💕.

Full-bodied rice, yogurt-like aroma. The mouthfeel is clean with rice sweetness and acidity. It has a nice clean finish and does not linger, so meals go well with it. To put it worse, it is a little watery, but to be honest, it is very good! P.S. When heated hot, the aroma is like freshly cooked rice and rice cakes. The sweetness of the rice stands out and it is surprisingly delicious!
