Full-bodied rice, yogurt-like aroma. The mouthfeel is clean with rice sweetness and acidity. It has a nice clean finish and does not linger, so meals go well with it. To put it worse, it is a little watery, but to be honest, it is very good!
P.S. When heated hot, the aroma is like freshly cooked rice and rice cakes. The sweetness of the rice stands out and it is surprisingly delicious!
