This Sake is very interesting. It has a citrus flavor like grapefruit. The flavor really cleanses the pallet.

Junmai nama-shu YAMADANISHIKI 90 Rice polishing ratio 90%❗️ This is the challenge sake of Michiko Urasato, the female toji of Yui. Yamada Nishiki is brewed at 90% polishing ratio without polishing. The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in. This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡. I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious. The sake and side dishes go well together😆. I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, you'll get a different taste of the rice, so I stopped at halfway today. I heard it's also good at different temperatures.

Sake that goes well with salty food. I'm surprised at the total burn. But good things come out of it. It is also good on the rocks or with soda without gas.

At soba noodles restaurant. Lastly, as a show of support, we had some sake from the Yuki Sake Brewery. sake from Yuki Brewery. The mild aroma is different from that of Yui. The flavor is voluminous. Elegant sweetness that does not come from low-polished rice. A refreshing aftertaste with just the right amount of acidity. Hmmm, I want to drink Yui too. So I went to buy Yui the next day, but it was sold out 😢.

Junmai sake michico 90 Yamadanishiki Oh, takuan! Banana flavored takuan! Less acidity than Omachi. It has a bitterness at the end. I love it ❤️ 79 points Postscript! It is easier to drink with food than by itself.

Junmai-shu michiko 90 Akaban Omachi Nama-shu It is easy to drink and tastes good, which is hard to believe it is 90 polished rice. It has acidity. It has a moderate sweetness and is easy to drink. I love 90 points ❤️.

I've recently become addicted to low-pasteurized undiluted sake. Is this the first time you've tried the Fukufuku brand? After all, I like this type. Yes, it doesn't mean that polishing it is good. It's not so much that it has little miscellaneous flavors, but rather that it turns miscellaneous flavors into umami. It's piquant, sweet and astringent, with a thick, complex flavor and balance. It has a lot of punch and is far from refreshing, but it doesn't have any greasy taste or anything that makes it hard to drink. It's quite unique, so I thought it might be bad for my partner who prefers beautiful sake, but he didn't seem to mind. I'm sure you'll like it.

The glass is blue to match the picture. For a picture of a woman who looks like a subculture, it is full of richness and deliciousness. It has a calm sweetness and sourness reminiscent of a pear. The gap between the subculture and the woman's taste made me think that a woman like her would be very bad. Recommended!

Yuki Shuzo's local brand of Yuki Yui. The label is awfully retro (it says "36th year of Meiji") Yamada Nishiki undiluted sake produced in March. There is a remnant of gas feeling and bubbles remain. It has a sweet and sour sourness and a thick sweetness like honey. The aroma is milder than that of Yui. The sweet and savory battery is Michiko's taste. When the temperature rises, there is a caramel aftertaste, and it is still delicious.
