Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
This sake was brewed by the Yuki Brewery in Ibaraki Prefecture before a fire forced them to relocate their brewery to Hokkaido. It is brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Niigata and freshly squeezed raw sake directly from the kamekuchi. It contains a sense of gas. Lees and other sediments may settle.
(My impression after drinking it)
There is a slight yellowish taste. When you sniff the sake cup, there is a faint apple aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight tingling sensation on your lips. Next, when you take a sip, the rich, fruity flavor overflows and leaks down, just like the flowers in the sun. It is not a "kokumotsukei" flavor, but a fruity flavor.

Watching "Amachan," which is being re-broadcast on BS Premium, cheers me up. ❗️
It's a morning drama full of highlights, not only laughs but also sad scenes that make you cry a little.
And Kyon Kyung as Haruko's mother and Masumi Arimura as the young Haruko are both great 😍.
Now for a drink from the past!
I'm going to make love to you
but I'll still make love to you
FUKUFUKU Junmai-shu michiko90 (Yamadanishiki) (unfiltered unpasteurized sake)
I never thought I would meet again in Kumamoto the famous sake from Ibaraki that was destroyed by fire. ❗️
This is a miracle!
The label is so simple that only the back label is left because the sake that was left in the tank was bottled and shipped.
Junmai sake brewed with 90% polished Omachi rice.
A rich sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and an authentic classic acidity coexist in harmony.
The acidity fades as the day goes by.
Not bad at all, but very good 👍
Good evening, Chichi 😃.
I actually met Masumi Arimura before she got her break 😁 right around the time Amachan started airing, I think. Her mom and local friends were there too 😊.
At the time I liked Ai Hashimoto 😆.
Hello bouken preacher 😃
I think Arimura Masumi is the cutest around this time 😍.
She was from Hyogo prefecture, right? Urayama~ ❣️
Ai Hashimoto is a beauty 😊.
Ace, good morning 😃.
I also think Amachan is the strongest morning drama ever. ❗️
The cast is gorgeous and has great taste...
It's just like sake...
Oh, what a nice thing to say: ✌️
When I learned that the brewery where I still want to drink it had been burned down, I wished for its rebuilding and revival, and there are places in the city where I can buy it, but I finally couldn't get a hold of it.
100% Omachi
Alcohol percentage 16
Rice polishing ratio 90
The description said it might have a gaseous taste, but I didn't feel it.
It has an old sake-like feel and color, but it is good.
The toji seems to have been trained nearby.
I would like to drink it again.
Challenge sake with 90% rice polishing ratio
The aroma is subdued.
The taste is rich and quite robust.
Surprisingly easy to drink, with a nice combination of gaseous and acidic flavors
Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 90
Yeast: No.7 series
Alcohol percentage: 16
