Rice polishing ratio 90%❗️
This is the challenge sake of Michiko Urasato, the female toji of Yui. Yamada Nishiki is brewed at 90% polishing ratio without polishing.
The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in.
This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing.
It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡.
I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious.
The sake and side dishes go well together😆.
I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, you'll get a different taste of the rice, so I stopped at halfway today.
I heard it's also good at different temperatures.

As the name suggests, Michiko's 90% polished rice sake
It's not that Michiko is 90 kg by any means, he said.
The aroma is clean and refreshing with a little bit of cemedine. It also has a hint of rum.
In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste like a plum candy.
It makes me want to go back to my childhood and eat baby star.
It's surrounded by a grassy mess later on and has plenty of lingering flavor.
As it approaches room temperature, it gains in strength and makes me want to try the mapo tofu.
In general, it's a really good drink.

No fruity scent at all! It's only 90% polished Yamada Nishiki and has a strong rice flavor! The acidity is a little stronger and less showy, but it's great when it's warmed up! It's like an old-fashioned drink, and it's going to be a favorite! Do you think it's an addictive drink that you can't stop drinking?

Yuki Shuzo's brand Tomikufuku is now more famous for its Yuyui brand of sake.
It's said to be made with Yamadanishiki and 7-group yeast, and aged on ice.
There were two kinds of sake, mellow and full-bodied, but I chose the mellow one.
It's glamorous!
The aroma is heavy and reminds me of some of the rich and mellow umikuchi sake I've had in the past.
The taste is sweet and sour at first, and then thick and smooth.
Even so, the taste is refreshing, and the sourness is stronger than the aroma.
It goes well with the fish paste we had for tonight.
The languid woman on the label is not the model of Michiko, the toji.
As I drink it on a moonlit night, looking at the label, I get more and more suspicious.

I was eating a sashimi of sea squirt, but it didn't match! LOL!
This one is a treat in itself!
I think it's a mid-meal drink.
It has a strong taste, with a strong sweetness, and the aftertaste is full of rice flavor that spreads slowly and profoundly. Personally, it's my favorite!

感じたままに三語で表現すると、、ぐわっ。じゅわーん。きゅうりの香り。
あぁ雄町、ぐわっとくる強さがたまらない。
きっとこのお酒は、万人ウケはしないでしょう。
私はとても好き。なんだろうこのクセになる感じ。
人気No.6くらいのホストみたいな。なんか妙にハマるんだよね〜みたいな。ホストクラブ行ったことないけど。
精米歩合高めの純米酒、楽しい。
結城酒造さんは結ゆいも美味しかったしな〜。他のmichiko90も買うしかない(°▽°)
お燗にするのが楽しみだなーーー♡
