Yuki Shuzo's local brand of Yuki Yui.
The label is awfully retro (it says "36th year of Meiji")
Yamada Nishiki undiluted sake produced in March.
There is a remnant of gas feeling and bubbles remain.
It has a sweet and sour sourness and a thick sweetness like honey.
The aroma is milder than that of Yui. The sweet and savory battery is Michiko's taste.
When the temperature rises, there is a caramel aftertaste, and it is still delicious.
