This Sake is very interesting. It has a citrus flavor like grapefruit. The flavor really cleanses the pallet.

Junmai nama-shu YAMADANISHIKI 90 Rice polishing ratio 90%❗️ This is the challenge sake of Michiko Urasato, the female toji of Yui. Yamada Nishiki is brewed at 90% polishing ratio without polishing. The taste of the rice is rich and intense❗️, but there is a light fizzy feeling. There is also a little bit of orage mixed in. This is why it is milder and softer in the mouth than I expected. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's amazing. Michiko Urasato, Toji 💡. I had it with ginger yaki, and it was delicious. The sake and side dishes go well together😆. I've heard that if you let it sit for a few days, you'll get a different taste of the rice, so I stopped at halfway today. I heard it's also good at different temperatures.

It is a slightly dark sake with a strong umami flavor. It is not so much peculiar as it is tasty, and goes well with simmered dishes and rich food. We enjoyed it with grilled beef.

＜Sweet, bitter, powerful, fruity Yuki Sake Brewery's second consecutive release. This sake miraculously survived in the refrigerated warehouse of the Yuki Brewery, which lost two buildings in a fire on May 11. The aroma is a robust flavor of fragrant grains and brown rice. It also has a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, it has a gentle, slightly carbonated taste. And then, the low-polished, robust umami and acidity comes in with a whammy! It has a strong graininess and is quite powerful. But it also has a fruity flavor, and it tastes gradually delicious. Interesting! This is the same Akaban Omachi and has some similarities to Michikozakura. However, the rice polishing ratio of 60 and 90 is quite different. This one is even more powerful. If we were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Shokichi, the main character in "Heisei Raccoon War Ponpoko". It has the strength of a stubborn survivor, the bitterness of having his friends destroyed, and the sweet-sourness of being in love with Okiyo. Alcoholic beverages consumed at the Sake-no-wa Remote Off-line Meeting The first drink was Taiheikai 1314 The second drink was Tomikyushin Bizan Hoegata (review omitted) The last drink was michiko90 Yuki Brewery's sake series that survived the fire. The labels are flaking off due to photocopying, which is also a charm! Made with 90% polished Omachi rice from Akaban Michiko and Omachi are inseparable. The rich sweetness is gently controlled, and it is easy to drink without feeling low-polished. The grassy, herbaceous flavor that escapes through the nose is also a perfect match. It is perfect for sipping at the end of the day. It is also good for sipping at the end of the drinking process. I enjoyed the end-of-meeting brawl with my sake cup in my hand. This is the second time I've attended this event, and Takeshon-san's skill has been further refined. Thank you very much for an enjoyable event.

Yuki Sake Brewery. They have no label due to a fire. This is the first time I have had Fukufuku. Maybe the 90% rice polishing ratio helps, but it's a bit more mature than the Yui Yui. I have not seen the label, so I hope this will not be the last.

Here's another sake that held up through the fire... Set your mind at ease and have some! The aroma is quite calming. The taste is... sweet with a hint of sourness, just the way I like it! This is so good... so good! I can't say much, but I hate my vocabulary (blank eyes)! P.S. It was so good that I finished it in one night...
