First, it was served at room temperature.
It has a nice sweetness with a tangy spiciness. It has no strange peculiarities and can be drunk continuously.
I thought that a sake with this kind of flavor would be even better when chilled, so I decided to replace the bottle with a four-pack and refrigerate it.
It is easier to drink when chilled. This sake also feels slightly dry (to me).
It is easy to drink, so I keep pouring more and more. It's a very troublesome sake (lol).
