みすけんIwase Junmai
A Fukushima limited edition sake from the Hirotogawa Matsuzaki Sake Brewery.
This sake is brewed with edible Koshihikari rice.
It is finally the sake I wanted to drink ^ ^.
When you drink it, you feel a gentle sweetness. After the rice flavor is fully felt, the aftertaste is a little bitter and acidic.
Is it because it is made from rice? I also feel a little stronger alcohol ♫
