Since we ran out of Echino Kanme for Hire Sake, I decided to try Koshu this time.
If I had to choose a sake for fillet sake, I would probably prefer Koshino-Kanbai, but this one is just as easy to drink as the other two. And it's not lacking in flavor.
I tried it at room temperature...
...... like water! 😆✨
It's a great all-around drink for everyday!
What a quirky feeling!
If I could, I would compare it to Hyakusyu!
The carrot pancake is delicious!

As is typical of daiginjo-shu, it has a clean mouthfeel.
The mouthfeel is soft and fresh.
The aftertaste is crisp and clean.
It has no habits and is watery in a good sense.
Is it sake?
It feels like water.
But when you drink it, you definitely get drunk.
All I know is that it is a delicious, high-quality sake, and there is no doubt about it.
I drank it all up, unable to decide what kind of snacks I wanted.

San-no-Koshu, which I drank on a sake brewery tour when I lived in Niigata.
The aroma is sweet, but when you drink it, it has a strong sake taste.
But it doesn't leave an aftertaste, so you can drink it in spurts.
Thanks to my wife who bought it for me as a souvenir.
Among the many Niigata sake brands, I like the Kubota brewery.
The taste of Kubota is also superbly balanced.

Polishing rice 55%, it is beautifully delicious even without aroma.
It is delicious from cold sake to hot sake.
I received an expensive Junmai Daiginjo. It was crisp and clean, with a refreshing bitterness that passed through. It is very tasty and has few habits.
