memo
It has the feel of Japanese sake but is easy to drink.
I would like to drink it with good snacks at an Izakaya.
It is not so sweet, but it is slightly sweet because of the sweetness of the rice.
My wife says it is rich in flavor. She says it means well.
I must drink it today, because it may become more like Japanese sake as the day goes on. Well, good-bye.
The aroma is slightly intense. It's full-bodied and mellow. It has a slightly bitter taste. You may like it when it is warmed up. It makes you want to drink Hirezake.
Our last visit to Chigusa Sushi in Kamiosaki on August 22, 2020, when we were told it will be on closing August 31st, after over 65 years. Master died last year, and his wife and brother-in-law too old to continue. Neighborhood Edomae sushi at its finest, with some of the best tuna ever, owing to its long-time Tsukiji connections. Will be missed.
