The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

This Sake is light and not too sweet. There are herbal flavor notes like licorice and mint. The finish is clean with a light mineral aftertaste. I am told this is a limited, seasonal Sake.

. Sake rice: Niigata-grown Senjyuraku Polishing ratio: 55 Sake degree: +4 Acidity: 1.1 Sake made by Asahi Shuzo, the brewer of Kubota At "Honokuni" in the main station of Toyohashi Fruity, no sourness or bitterness at all. Flavor is clean and quite weak! ☆ 3.5

Opened on October 18, 2021 Purchased at the brewery Really mellow ⭐️. Soft, sweet and really smooth ^ ^. Inspired by Momijiyama, the mountain next to the sake brewery🍁 Plump, broad and very gentle sake... I love this so much❤️!

Hi Kazuki, 🐣 Asahi Shuzo is the brewer of Kubota 💡as expected from a major ✨the size and the building is like a foreign country😍. The Koshu looks great too😋 The bottle design and the sake cup match perfectly👍.

☆☆☆☆ The same Asahi Shuzo lineup as Kubota. It ranks right in the middle of Koshu. It was sold refrigerated, but the alcohol was too heavy for me, so I thought it would be better served warm.
