If it were true, I would have opened this bottle tomorrow Friday 😅.
100% Asahi no Yume is used,
Polishing ratio 50%.
I don't drink with my head, but think about how to enjoy sake. I want to drink with my senses forever.
It has a good sense of effervescence and nigorigo, and a clearer mouthfeel than the Gohyakumangoku I drank most recently. It is very tasty.
I had a good impression of this sake after drinking it at a Gifu sake event last year.
Purchased at Takimoto where Nemuchi and I stopped by after the tasting at Okayama-san.
Slightly effervescent and fresh. Pineapple-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. The acidity towards the end is nice 😋.
It is a sweet and fruity type of wine, but it is not heavy, so it can be enjoyed by everyone.
Amto Liquor Store Tasting and Sales Event (10)
I noticed that there were more new sakes and a label I had never seen before that I didn't know, so I listened to what they had to say, and it seemed to be an original from this liquor store, Amto.
Kozaemon Junmai Banshu Aizan.
It was a bit bitter and had a bitterness in the throat. There is a bitterness in the throat that I don't like.
When heated, it becomes milder and the umami flavor expands.
I guess you have to have a very strong relationship of trust with a brewery to be able to make an original sake.
Amto Liquor Store Tasting and Sales Event (6)
I thought I saw the label somewhere, but I guess it was the fire-aged Honjozo that I drank before.
Kozaemon Yamahai Honjozo Unfiltered Harajuku.
The color is a clear yellow and maillard. Caramel-like matured flavor. The sweetness seems to have been concentrated, and it is still very peculiar.
The ripe aroma that comes through to the nose increases the sense of peculiarity.
I bought the packet and it was the right decision!
I decided that the bird label should be yakitori, so I took it out to a local yakitori restaurant and had it with my friends. The savory aroma of the charcoal, the salty flavor, and the sake were a perfect match and I enjoyed it every time I ate or drank it ✨🤤.
I had a junmai ginjo the day before at the hotel, and as one would expect from a junmai ginjo, the first pressing has a fresh aroma and taste that makes it easy to drink.
The regular junmai ginjo seemed a little sweet.
Polishing rate 47
Aiyama's typical sweetness, yum!
I haven't had a Junmai Daiginjo in a long time.
The aroma is elegant. The taste is getting spicier and spicier.
