Lightly cloudy. I did not buy it last year. The year before last, I drank this one, and it brought back memories of how delicious it was, so I bought it.
There was also a hi-ire sake, but I was on a tight budget for two, so I asked the owner for his recommendation and he said, "Nama-zake is by far the best.
The aroma of lactic acid bacteria was refreshing, and the taste was pineapple-like. It also has a sharp taste. It was delicious.
