Yogurt aroma. It tastes like banana. It has a strong spiciness.
A little grassy aroma in the back, but it tastes good.
The next day, the banana-like aroma increased and it became thicker.
After that, I let it sit for about a week, and the aroma that bothered me disappeared, and it came together nicely.
