Another beautiful bottle this year. I was able to obtain it. The blue gradation is wonderful! I think last year it was the color of wild cherry. The taste is soft and gentle. Delicious! It didn't have the piquancy of a fresh sake. Like?

It has a soft freshness. Creamy aroma, like vanilla. The mouthfeel is quite silky, with a hint of sweetness and flavor. There is a hint of citrus. Mild, but with a bitter and spicy aftertaste. Rather than drinking it by itself, it is very suitable for drinking with food. A bit alcoholic for me😅. I'd like to give it some time and see how it changes.

☀️ Sake rice is Miyamanishiki🌾. The sweetness and umami of the rice🌾 can be felt well. ☺️ It has a refreshing taste like water flowing down your throat 😄. Sake with a calm atmosphere like autumn🍂🍶.
