In November 2023, I was told at a store near Niigata Station that this is Keisuke Kuwata's favorite sake.
This is the second time I bought it.
It has a mild taste with a slightly sharp throat. It doesn't interfere with the taste of food in a good way. The price is reasonable, but the overall impression is elegant.
