Low alcohol content (15%). Sweet and easy to drink.
The label is stylish and nice.
We compared the hi-ire and nikkumi. We prefer the directly pumped one.

The aroma has a unique nutty flavor derived from Yamahai.
The taste has a gradual amino acid and alcohol sensation.
It is not so strong in the umami type.
I ordered it to go with a strong-flavored delicacy such as okizuke (pickled fish), and it was a good match.
It has a delicious flavor that I would like to warm up.

Rice swells from the freshness of slight acidity, sharpness is good 👌.
I have the impression that the rice is a little less full than the usual Katanozakura, but it's a dangerous sake that you can drink easily 😅.

We also had a sake tasting of Kabishin, Morimasu, and Kaika's Risshun Asashimusubori.
Some of you may have noticed that Sakeya Iijima sells sake only in the Tohoku and Niigata regions. Sakeya Iijima is a sake shop that sells sake from outside of Tohoku and Niigata. Sake from the Kanto region and westward is their main product. The lineup is carefully selected by the owner, who is a sake master. You can enjoy a variety of sake in a kaku-uchi style, and the snacks are delicious! It's a nice place!
Thank you very much!

The recent past has seen a series of relatively light and soft sake, but this is the first simple, rich and umami sake in a while.
While there are more and more delicious sake with different tastes these days, this one made me feel like I was back on my home turf.
It is said to be 100% Aizan, and despite its amberish appearance, it was easy to drink. The sweetness was restrained and the taste was full and rich. It was a full-bodied drink.
