I have always been curious about this brand. I found it in the neighborhood and bought it immediately. It has a gentle sweet and sour taste. Is it because the alcohol content is 9 degrees? It is easy to drink. Delicious 🍶.

Well well well, Today we have Beaumichel, Bliss 😋. It's so sweet ❤️ I thought it was like honey🍯 precious wine! I think it is the best modern type of sake, not a mealtime sake, but an aperitif or dessert sake. It's perfect for those who love sweet sake and noble sake 😊. I look forward to Michel's Red and Cotton Candy every year ( **). This year's is again sweet and sour and great👍. The sweetness is refreshing and doesn't linger. I drink it slooooowly! The slight bubbles also make it even easier to drink. I can't stop 🤣🤣𐤔

Sawanohana Beau Michelle Snow Fantasy Rice：Hitogochiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 9%. It was brought by Mr. Hara last month and kept in the refrigerator. When we put it on the side, it spilled a little (...) We forgot to ferment it in the bottle. I opened and closed it a couple of times and pukupu bubbles bubbles bubbles bubbles ^ ^. It's good! My wife says this is sake. It was great as an aperitif😃.

The second drink at Komenohana will be the first sake from the brewery. Beau Michelle by Banno Sake Brewery. This is another sake that I had been curious about but hadn't had a chance to drink yet. I will have it right away. First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong. When you put it in your mouth, it is very fruity. The lingering citrus acidity is irresistible. If it were served in a glass without any information, you wouldn't know it was sake, would you? The fruity flavor comes out in full force. You can't taste any bitterness or pungency. It is a delicious sake that can be drunk easily. Sake is really interesting.
