It's a clear, fruity sake with a slight carbonation, or maybe just a little bit, with fine bubbles that stick to the bottom of the glass!
Very mild and delicious.
Sake from Shikoku is a bit hard to get to grips with, but I think I'm in the right place personally 😁.

When I drank it
As expected, it's a very strong sake.
Not as strong as Kameizumi,
Not as strong as Kameizumi, but moderately juicy and pineapple-like.
