This sake was entered in a sake competition. Aroma is enhanced by alcoholic sake, The aroma is heightened by al sozo, and the flavor of juicy rice is delicious. It is a bottle to be savored carefully on its own, but it is surely easy to pair with meals as well, It is sure to go well with meals. The alcohol content is high, between 17 and 18 degrees. Sake rice is Hyogo Yamadanishiki, and the rice polishing ratio is 40%.

This is the first brand I drank. It has a firm sweetness and peachy juiciness, and goes well with Japanese food. It is easy to drink, but I would like it to be a little more refreshing.

When you take a sip, you will feel a soft fruity flavor, moderate acidity, and a gentle spiciness. It has a mild umami flavor and a lingering aftertaste that gradually fades away. It has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, so you will never get tired of drinking it. The sweetness and umami spread further, and it was quite good.
