a little heavy
Subdued aroma.
I was told that the aroma was like that of a grapefruit, but I didn't recognize it.
Elegant sweetness with a subtle salty flavor and a very deep taste.
At first I thought, "What's that? But the more I drink it, the more I get hooked on it.
The first drink of the all-you-can-drink Sake special was Tosa Shiragiku🍶.
I haven't had Kochi sake for a while, but last week I had Kameizumi which was so delicious that I thought Tosa Shiragiku would be my next drink.
I found it on today's recommended menu and ordered it without hesitation.
14th glass👍
This sake is brewed with Okayama Asahi rice✨
I love Asahi rice myself 😁.
This is my first time to drink Shiragiku's Asahi rice as I never had a chance to drink it 😊.
It has a gentle sweetness, umami, and finishes with a bitterness 😁.
It is also fruity and delicious 😊.
For the 8th glass, we return to Shiragiku 🍶.
This is a sake brewed with Kitashizuku ✨.
Fruity ginjo aroma, gentle sweetness, and a warm feeling when you drink it 😁.
This one is also delicious 😊.
Now for the 5th glass, Tosa Shiragiku 😁.
This sake is a yet-to-be-released product that will be available next month ✨.
This is Shiragiku's first Aizan, so expectations are high👍.
When you drink it, you'll notice the gorgeous sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and then the lightness that is typical of Shiragiku 😊.
For a moment, I was like "hmmm? This is interesting and delicious 😁.
✨
Jizake Yuraku Uraya, here is the last drink 💁.
I asked the waitress for a recommendation of Omachi sake, and she introduced me to this sake 🍶.
Although it has a unique sweetness unique to Omachi, it is refreshingly dry on the throat, just as the name "Zanshin" implies.
It was like meeting a new Omachi sake ✨.
Part 2
The one on the left is what I ordered.
The owner kindly allowed us to compare it with this one...

Pineapple 🍍
Strong acidity, impression of white wine
Natural given the current demand 🤔.
Easy to get into, for relatively inexperienced drinkers
My personal preference is here 🎉.
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
I still had some summer liquor in the cellar😅
Almost forgot 😂.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness and is easy to drink. It's a summer sake 😊.
For some reason, I was drinking it with my tomato sauce pasta ✨.
Good evening, Kano-san.
It's still hot here in Japan, so it's nice to have a summer sake that can be drunk without hesitation 🎵.
Sake doesn't choose what to eat now 😁✨✨.
ma-ki-San, good evening 😊It's still very hot 😅In such a case, summer sake is the way to go...but hiyaoroshi is out now, so I'll have to think which to drink...✨
Slightly sparkling sake with secondary fermentation in the bottle
Fresh, lightly nigori (light nigori) unpasteurized sake
The aroma has a slight lactic acidity.
Firmly sweet from the entrance
Carbonation is not so strong.
Drink it chilled after a meal, it's
Just right Modern type
Fresh & juicy
I am now interested in a local sake from Kochi.
I enjoyed the sweetness of the Omachi and the sharp (not too sharp) aftertaste, and it was a sake that both food and drink went well with. On the second day, I could taste the upfront aroma and acidity of the rice, which was almost absent on the first day.
I was also very happy to find this sake at an antenna store, as I had been waiting for it since I found it on a trip to Kochi and didn't buy it (first photo) 🤣.
