R [Kasumi Ikkoku]
Ingredients : rice, rice malt
Polishing ratio : undisclosed
Alcohol Content : 16%.
Producer : Ibaraki Shuzo Gomei Kaisha
Prefecture : Akashi-city, Hyogo
Banana-like aroma and melon-like flavor, with a strong umami, sweetness, acidity, and a refreshing taste.
The name has a special meaning for only 100 bottles.
ねむちAfter the other customers left, the owner, who had been dealing with them, joined the conversation, and we talked about this and that about alcohol.
Bouken-san, who was now sober again, explained to us about the various Rairaku sakes that were lined up in the refrigerator.
The "ikkoku" series was also on display, and I learned a lot of things for the first time 😳.
Hyogo Prefecture. Akashi city. Ibaraki Sake Brewery Co.
Rairaku CRA2 Hitoto Junmai Daiginjyo Nama-Nagara Sake.
The label with pop and eye-catching colors. I thought it was delicious. It is sweet and delicious, just the way I like it.
I read in bouken's review that his classmate's breweries are Rairaku and Morinori, so I'm curious about Morinori's as well.
I also noticed that Mr. Toshi Ibaraki of Rairaku is good friends with Mr. Toshi Kawaishi of Nada Kiku Sake Brewery, and I think that there is a strong horizontal connection among brewery owners in Hyogo Prefecture.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Raw material rice: Gohyakumangoku produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
boukenNemuchi-san ordered this sake.
I got the impression that he was confused because there were so many Rairaku.
You don't see much kiraku in Osaka.
This sake is a collaboration between Kairaku and Morinori's classmate breweries, and is made with the same specifications of 50% polished rice (Gohyakumangoku), with the concept of letting people enjoy the difference in taste.
The sake was very tasty with a firm sweet flavor!
To be honest, it left a bigger impression on me than Houou Mita😅.
I don't often buy sake in Hyogo because it's relatively easy to buy Rairaku, but I have to try various kinds of sake.
After leaving the store, I had a good sense of direction and guided him to the nearest station, where we parted ways with Nemuchi 😁.
After that I went to the local liquor store as usual 🤣.
The end.

ヤスベェHello bouken 😀
Hashigyo after enjoying sake with my sakéwa friends... you must be very strong 😀.
It's hard to find the sake that you guys drank and said was good because the availability of sake varies from region to region 😓.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんThank you bouken for posting about the event and the drinks 😊.
I enjoyed your comments about the brewery and your drunkenness 😆.
I wish I could have bought Rairaku in Akashi 〰😭

ねむちHello bouken, ☀☀☀☀ this drink was delicious 👌I think heart white had more meek drinks, maybe it's the owner's taste 🤔I'm thankful it's my favorite type 😆 so I made a stable stop at the liquor store 🤣.

boukenGood evening, Mr. Yasube.
I'm not so strong because there was a time when I was so blind to the east, west, south, north and south 💦my memory is also vague😅.
It's possible that you don't see it at all even in the neighboring prefectures if it's a locally oriented brewery... 😥.

boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃.
Thank you for listening 🥺.
I think I was the drunkest person ever to have a drink with someone I met at Sake no Wa 🤣.
Nemuchi was pretty solid 🤣.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Nemuchi 😃.
It was so good that I regret not going through it until now 😁Most of the fridges were famous except for the one that had rairaku in it 😊.
It's okay though because I liked many of them 😋.
The liquor store stopover is defo the way to go 🤣.

ゆーへーbouken Hello 💡.
The limited edition of Rairaku looks delicious 💡.
I've been wanting to drink Rairaku for a long time now✨
I'm sorry it was like this that day... I think I would have been tongue-tied if I had been there too lol.
Japanese>English
boukenGood evening, Mr. Yoohee😃.
Rairaku was delicious 😋.
I think I was going in the opposite direction and swung Nemuchisan around 🤣.
You can buy Rairaku rare type at Yuasa Sake Shop or Teramura 😊.
TOKKIFrom the crisp aroma and clean mouthfeel, sweetness and spiciness pass through while fusing in the back of the throat.
It is just like a tripod at an athletic event.
ジンIt is unexpectedly sweet. The aroma is quite different. There is almost no standing aroma, but it is full of hints. This might have been better as a sakadaki alone, not as a sakadaki potato salad...
It also seems to have the highest alcohol content of all the drinks today...
ナインチェWe had Akashi sake at Tanakaya, a famous Akashi restaurant 😋I love this kind of deeply delicious sake.

まーこ9625The Rairaku brewery is very close to my house, so I often buy a bottle and have it at home.
I think this gold label 🏷️ is the type that I never get tired of!
Japanese>English
ナインチェIt's a drink you'll want in a bottle. ✨️ It also goes well with food 🥃.

まーこ9625Tanaka Sake Shop...I went there last week too.
The brother in the picture behind me is a frequent customer ^_^.
I really have a hard time ordering sake at Tanaka Sake Shop. They all look delicious.
Japanese>English
ナインチェI went there for the first time ✨️ on the recommendation of someone I met on an instagram dedicated to alcohol 😊It's a very nice restaurant with delicious entrées and many drinks I'm interested in ♡

まーこ9625I remember when I started going there more than fifteen years ago.
I think it was when my former boss took me there.
ゆーへーMr. Gura chose this bottle because he had not seen many brands in the Kansai region.
It is from a brewery in Akashi, but as bouken said, you may not see it very often in Osaka.
I am glad that Gura-san was able to enjoy it, because it has a great umami taste, but it goes down smoothly.
Japanese>English
グラYoohee-san, thank you for your help the other day! This sake can only be found here. It has a fairly robust flavor with a clean aftertaste 🍶.
Japanese>English
ゆーへーMr. Gura, thanks for your help too. ❗️
I guess they don't serve it in Fukuoka after all.
The other day at the liquor store I usually go to, they had a different kind, so I thought I'd like to try it 💡.
