It's been a long time since St. ❗️
This test brewed sake is called "Nama Hashiroshi".
It's really good 😃.
Pineapple aroma.
It has sweetness but also has a sourness like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast
and super juicy ‼️
Almost like juice 😍.
It's fire-aged but also has a strong gassy taste❗️
It has a strong flavor that is hard to believe it's a daiginjo❗️
Even if you are new to sake or don't like sake
You can definitely drink it👍
I might buy another bottle 🤔
The customer next door and the young man in front of me and I are talking about sake and baseball.
Let's drink this test brew that I was curious about the day before!
Delicious sweet and sour sake!
It was a good meeting tonight, both people and sake!
a lot of knowledge
Alcohol content: 15
Sake degree: -17
Acidity: 2.6
Rice used: Hitomebore
Rice polishing ratio: 50
Mouth opening, the flavor was citrusy, like orange.
As the day goes by, the lactic acidity, which is typical for a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast, appears.
The flavor changed to a berry-like flavor.
HIZIRIZM, Watashu 70GOTH Nama Hashiwas opened 🎉.
I've had a few bottles of HOLY several times, but this will be my first time drinking HIZIRIZM 😄.
I had heard rumors that it was sweeter and juicier than Sei, so I was wondering if I would come across this bottle someday!
Finally I was able to bring it to you 🥰.
The rice is made with Watabune from Shiga 🌾I've never had much Watabune so I'm looking forward to it ❣️
Cheers🥂!
First, the aroma!
It has a very fruity and gorgeous aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads out in a big sizzle, and the sweetness of the Watanobune can also be felt.
The two kinds of sweetness fuse in the mouth, and a gassy sensation comes from the mid-palate.
The second half of the taste is sweet, sour, and juicy, and the aftertaste is cut off cleanly and smoothly.
No pungency, astringency, or bitterness.
This is! How easy to drink 🤩!
The sweet and sour juiciness is not half bad!
So delicious 😋😋😋😋.
It's sweet and sour and has no unpleasant cloying taste, which I guess is a characteristic of Watashu rice. The mild rice sweetness is also well expressed.
The acidity of the raw yeast is also quite good: ⭕️
Not too sweet, not too light, excellent balance👌.
Again, finished it in no time 🤣.
I think I might like this one better than the Saint 😍.
Great for sweet and sour lovers ✨
Watership GOTH, I highly recommend it ❣️
Hina Hana Mama
Good morning...
I also have the impression that Hijirizumu is a more modern and tasty sour sake than Kanji Sei 🤩The Hijirizumu series is dangerous because it is easy to drink 🤣.
Hi Kozo 😃Thank you for your comment 😃.
It really is a dangerous ⚠️ hizirizm 😆.
It's addictive and delicious for sweet and sour lovers ✨Kanji is also cosy, tasty and holy level 👌.
Hi Kano 😃Thank you for your comment...
I knew HIZIRIZM was dangerous ⚠️ 😅I finally got my hands on it! What should I do, I wonder if it's ok ⁉️ this GOTH was just delicious 🤗.
Good evening, Hina Hana Mama 🌝.
It's very rare to see a sake using a ferry 👀.
So far I've only seen Kamo Nishiki and Nabeshima 🤔.
The hizirizm I drank was more on the dry side so I wanted to try the difference in taste ✨
Good evening, Chirsta 😄Thank you for your comment♪
I didn't know they have a dry HIZIRIZM as well! I thought they only had sweet and sour juicy 😅I drank GOTH and it was perfect for me 😘.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃!
HIZIRIZM! It looks stylish and cool 😋 We also had it for the first time last year 😋 but it was a bit too sweet 😅I'd like to try other ones! We also had it for the first time last year 😅I would like to try other ones!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😄Thanks for your comment 🙏.
Maybe 😅it's a little too sweet for you guys 💦but this GOTH has quite a bit of sourness, so it's not that sweet 🙏 Try it if you like ☝️
Hi HinaHanaMama 😃
HIZIRIZM, I've been wanting to try it too, but the timing is not right 😅You've found a great drink with your favorite sweet and sour juicy taste 🥰.
Hello ichiro18😃Thanks for your comment 😃.
HIZIRIZM, you haven't come across it 🫢ichiro18, I'm sure you've tried many 😆 This is easy to drink and has a perfect balance of sweet and sour 👌
Slightly gassy
Gentle and fluffy aroma of rice
In the mouth, there is a rich sweetness like syrup.
There is a slight aroma like an old book.
There is a bitter taste of rice.
After the second day, the sweetness settles down a little and a little citrusy taste comes out.
Matsuyama 1st bottle
St. I brought from home
Fresh and tasty while fire-roasted 😋.
It's been a long time since I've been to Matsuyama, but the train station is beautiful ❗️
This is a sake brewed by Sei Shuzo. I always wonder if Hijirhythm is a homage to Guitarhythm, the logo looks like it, and it's from Gunma... but aside from that, this one has a nice flavor. It's a last year's sake, but it's good and ripe.
Go to Yoshimura Sake Brewery in Tsuruma for a super-fine sparkling...
In search of a sake 🍶 like the last Yonezuru.
Grab a bottle of Sei that you were interested in last time🖐️
Opened the bottle‼️ and suddenly pon‼️
Sip... oh - a little stronger than Yonetsuru, with a slight spurt 🙌!
So delicious 😋🙌🙌 Great 👍
2 in a row jackpot 🎯.
Thank you 😊.
The aroma is pineapple-like, but not too strong.
In the mouth, the flavor spreads instantly and is juicy, but the acidity quickly refreshes the palate, leaving little aftertaste. There is no aftertaste.
It is well-balanced, with a strong sweetness and umami, but not too sticky, making it very easy to drink.
However, I would prefer a little more lingering aftertaste.
