About 30 minutes to open the bottle.
Strong aroma of sweetness and acidity, even a little bit of fermentation riding on it.
Throat a little. Fermented lactic acid and strong sweetness.
A little bit of alcohol and umami. A little bitterness in the second half. If you are not conscious of it, you can't tell. It's really apple juice.

The price was 1,815 yen (tax included) for 35% polished rice! This price is astonishing. The aroma is fruity, fresh, and easy to drink.

Today we have an unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized raw sake from Gunma Prefecture called "Sei" ❗️
