A bottle that I brought to the sake party to open soon because I missed the chance to drink it even though it is a name sake!
I carefully moved it out of the fridge and pulled the bottle open!
Because it is a screw-type sake, the usual process is to open it a little and close it when it starts to blow up.
The cap was tightened, but the internal pressure was so high that it blew out to the ceiling💦.
Only 3 cups were left 😭.
We were drinking with 3 people, so it was perfect, but we had to do the end-of-year cleaning work ahead of time before we could drink the sake.
The drink was smooth and easy to drink due to the 5% alcohol content, and most importantly, the sweetness came to the forefront! It tasted as if I was drinking amazake!
4.4/5
Satou-san, good evening 🌙
I have a bottle of this in the fridge too, but it looks like the internal pressure is bad! I'm looking forward to opening it, but I'm terrified 😂 lol
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san 🌆.
I thought it was such a catastrophe because I let it sit for a year💦.
I recommend you to drink the active system right away lol
Good evening, Mr. Kotaro 🌆.
I recommend opening the bottle outside or covering it with a plastic bag before opening💦 lol.
It flies in all directions, not just straight up.
Good evening, ma-ki-.
20 minutes is quite a tough sake 🍶.
I was only able to drink one cup of it, so if you have a chance, please do!
(The problem is that you have to go to Gunma area to buy it since Saint is not available in your area 😭)
Sweet and sour like fruit juice!
Active and shrieky, like champagne!
Be careful when you open it, because bubbles come out like demons!
It's hard to handle like a jagged horse, but it's very tasty with a fresh flavor that is not unlike sake!
It's a summer sake. It smells like pears and lychees, maybe.
It's light, light and gassy, with a nice touch.
It's not only light, it's a perfect sake for summer.
It's a delicious sake.
Delicious juice with sweetness!

Rich, mellow and dry.
A certain weight and strength on the tongue.
It has a slight greenish ginjo aroma.
PointThere is a fairly strong sweetness, but there is also an incense-like strong acidity, and a sweet and sour taste.
This sake is made from Gohyakumangoku and Hitomebore.
It is quite sweet, but the acidity is as strong as the sweetness, giving it a sweet and sour taste like citrus fruits.
Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo Namaishu
The gas is very strong. The first sip tasted very much like Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is tropical and fruity, and the sweetness comes out when the impression of Yamadanishiki is relaxed.
Anyway, it was Yamada-Nishiki!
I received a bottle of Hizirizm Sake Mother Active Sake from Seishuzo.
I had seen it mentioned on social networking sites and was curious to try it.
As the reputation suggests, it was a bit tricky to open the bottle. It is very fizzy, so you have to be careful not to spill it. While chilling the bottle in the bottle cooler, I repeatedly opened and closed the bottle, and from the middle of the bottle, I adjusted the opening angle by less than a millimeter to find the point where the speed of the bubbles rising and disappearing reached an equilibrium. It took more than 20 minutes to pour the bubbles into a glass.
The aroma was fruity itself. It has a sweet, sour, and refreshing aroma, just like apples. When I drank it, my impression was the same: it was so apple-like that it was a wonder that there was no apple juice in it. It is hard to believe that it is made from rice. The alcohol content is 5 degrees, so you can drink it like a juice.
On the other hand, unlike most sake, there is no lingering aftertaste, no change in aftertaste, and no sense of sharpness. It has a very straightforward taste.
I was able to rediscover how complex and mysterious the sake I usually drink tastes.
The manager looks busy again!
He also took the liberty of taking it out of cold storage!
He told everyone that the saint is absolutely delicious.
Pour and sip!
Yamada-Nishiki unfiltered unpasteurized sake!
It was my first time drinking this sake, but what a fresh, pineapple-like sake!
It was my favorite type of sake of the night!
Sushi for the finale: Aji, Akinata fish, and my favorite, Toro Taku!

It was very good! It's juicy with a citrus aroma, and has a gassy, holy gasiness.
The label is too cool - red and black with glitter! I saw it at a liquor store and was attracted to it.
But I didn't have the photographic skills to show how cool it is!
