Hizen Kurashin Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire The last time we drank this was Omachi, but this one is made with the best rice in the sake brewing world, Mohansei! It is ama, delicious, bitter, and sharp! It also has plenty of acidity! It tastes as good as you'd expect.

The rice used is Osan Nishiki It is not a simple light dry taste, but you can feel a little sweetness in the bitterness and spiciness. The flavor is just like the name "Super Dry", and there is a part that makes you think "high alcohol content❗️", but it is not spicy, and you can feel the tenderness. 100% Omachi Creamy and fruity! Full-bodied, umami, and umayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayumayum. Just the right amount of sweetness. Aromatic and light aftertaste, I like it very much. ☺️

The customer sitting next to me was drinking it and it looked delicious, so I ordered one myself! This one also had a fruity apple aroma on the palate, and you could taste the umami of Omachi, but it wasn't heavy and it was very refreshing 🧐. It was a well-balanced sake with a characteristic acidity and umami that was both modern and classic 😊.
