Everything is in moderation. It is not too sweet, not too spicy, not too umami, and has an exquisite balance that allows you to continue drinking it with ease.
Good morning, Momoko 😊.
I see you went to the Red Brick event. I found out they were doing it yesterday afternoon, so I couldn't go. Too bad 😩.
But I went to Onigai the other day lol.
It's really cosy 🤩.
Good morning, Takashi! I've been trying to go to the sake festival at Red Brick for quite some time and went to Onigai for the first time after the event! It's very cosy, isn't it? I liked it very much.
It has been a while since I visited a sake brewery.
Kumazawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture
The only sake brewery in Shonan that has been in business for 150 years.
They are also making efforts to produce local rice with local rice farmers, and their various restaurants and facilities are very nice.
This time, we had a sake marriage at the Japanese restaurant Tensei.
Tenqing Series
The Amano 4 series expresses the clear blue of the sky seen through the clouds after the rain.
We were happy to drink a variety of sakes with dishes using sakekasu (sake lees).
The Amegaten Ao is made with up to 40% Yamadanishiki, and it has a refreshing yet elegant flavor that went well with the dishes.
Junmai Ginjo. We order a lot of fish dishes. Drank small sips while eating sashimi and tempura. Refreshing but with a strong impact and depth of flavor. It is a perfect match from the first cup to the last, no matter where you bring it. You can drink this all the time.
