The four of us drank through a bottle, and here's the next one. My friend brought a freshly squeezed bottle of Tianqing, which I haven't been able to buy recently!
It was chilled to a crisp, so the freshness was increased. I thought it was sweet, but after the Snow Kayasha, I thought it was more sour.
I mean, I was quite tired from the day's slide and unusually half-awake in the middle of the banquet😅but I rubbed my sleepy eyes and joined mahjong 🀄️. I was so tired from the day's slide that I was unusually half-awake in the middle of the party.
I shouldn't have left 🥲.
My screams and strange voices infested the mahjong.
I hate Choroki 🤣.
It has been a while since I had lunch at an Italian restaurant run by the Kumazawa Sake Brewery, and this is the sake I got.
I was curious about this sake because I saw a sign in a rice field along my jogging course that read "Sake Rice Project. This sake is made from Omachi rice grown in the fields of Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Kumazawa Sake Brewery's hometown.
The taste is clean, with a sense of the deliciousness of rice!
Special Honjozo. It is refreshingly dry and has an exquisite, balanced taste. It is a sake that is lively no matter what it is paired with. It is a sake to be kept on hand.
Local sake but first time in Tianqing🍶.
Freshly pressed on 12/12! Slightly fizzy and fresh, with a juicy flavor that is typical of the original sake!
I wish I had had this delicious sake sooner!
I forgot to register for the drink I just got that morning 😩.
Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour, freshly squeezed.
A slight aroma of rice.
The sweetness is felt but not so much because it is wrapped by the acidity and the slight carbonation.
The aftertaste is alcohol numbness.
It was freshly pressed on the 12th, and we had it right after lunch on the 12th.
It was crisp, fresh, and very freshly squeezed, slightly carbonated, and tangy.

Overall, it is thin and has an alcohol smell with no characteristics. It is not classical, but it is hard and lacks umami.
I wonder what the brand name of Tianqing was when I drank it a long time ago. I remember it was very tasty.
I forgot that I had kept a record of drinking the same brand a year ago, but as far as I read it again, I think the taste is the same as this time.
Sweetness 2.5, acidity 3.5, spiciness 2.5, bitterness 1.5
