My family and I went to the Kumazawa Sake Brewery while visiting the Enoshima Aquarium. It was a very cozy and comfortable brewery. I could not taste the sake because I was driving, so I chose the sake that was in the tasting machine. The sake was very refreshing. We enjoyed it with the KAKUNI (stewed cubes) that we had prepared for dinner today!

It is between "light dry" and "light sweet". It is fruity, but the aftertaste is very well behaved. We are very pleased with the taste of locally brewed sake.
