I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔.
Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well.
After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

I visited the Hankyu Department Store to see what Nemuchi-san had said before.
However, the warehouse staff was talking with customers all the time😅.
Sales clerk? A sales clerk or a clerk at a department store? I tasted a ginjo and a junmai from this brewery.
I thought the Junmai had more flavor, but the Ginjo had a more modern taste, as Nemuchi had mentioned before, so I bought the Ginjo.
Usually, when I talk with other customers, many of them say "Thank you" when I buy something! but I didn't go through with it and kept talking to the same person 🤣.
Maybe he is kind of peculiar?

Honjozo sake, the most delicious combination.
The high alcohol content of this 19% sake makes the alcohol that rises in the air during this season intoxicating.
It is very easy to drink, with a slight spiciness and well-balanced sweetness and mildness, but at 19 degrees, gulping it down is (for me) risky and dangerous. Very tasty and addictive.
This is the 512th one-cup, one-pack festival.

We visited a sake brewery in Takashima City, Shiga Prefecture, and bought a bottle of Junmai Sake after comparing the two. The sake is brewed using spring water from one of the 100 best springs in Japan. The sake, including the Junmai Daiginjo, is basically dry with a touch of acidity. It tastes better warmed than cold.

We met a mannequin at the Daimaru Kyoto store and purchased the sake. The brewery is located in the northern part of Lake Biwa, and I was allowed to sample some Junmai sake while chatting with the owner, who told me that the brewery of Furoizumi was also nearby.
The aroma when the bottle was opened was subdued. The acidity was well cut. We had it with salted fried noodles and zangi (fried chicken in Hokkaido) as snacks, and it was just like a cup of tea!

It has a very strong Kabob Honjozo flavor.
The richness of the flavor is not as strong as that of the bottled Kami-Sen, and it is suitable for light drinking like a Kabob!
We drank it lightly at Takatsukamiya Shrine.
The cherry blossoms are in full bloom and the weather is nice!
This is a very nice shrine, and I can get there by bicycle, but it is crowded in the downtown area on the way, so I didn't go there very often.
It was worth it, even though I was scared of the many foreign tourists!
The train station is close and there are many bars, so even if you come from far away, you can go to the shrine.
However, it's not the best place for cherry blossom viewing, so have a drink while strolling around!
I tried a little heated sake at home and it was very nice and mild!
We also went to Ikukunitama Shrine!
The name may sound like a biker gang, but it's the oldest shrine in Osaka and has a great atmosphere for being in Osaka!
The neat rows of torii gates look like something out of an RPG!
We also prayed for the prosperity of ESCON Field.
