I rather like this drink.
I haven't seen it in a while, so I decided to make a toast.
It's refreshing and sweet!
This is how I usually describe my favorite sake.

The aroma is mild and melon-like aroma spreads in the mouth. Although it is called dry, it is quite sweet. The label says it has a soft mouthfeel, but the taste is complex and full-bodied, with sweetness followed by sourness and astringency. It is a solid and drinkable sake, not unlike a Junmai Daiginjo.
★4.0
First bottle on a trip to Nasu and at Tsukii Sake Shop.
The sharpness and the ginjo aroma are in good harmony.
It is very drinkable for its strength.
Stable Tochigi line. It may be similar to the Tochigi line, but it is still my favorite.
It has good umami and sharpness even when served cold. It is also good at room temperature and lukewarm.
It may be the perfection of the taste of Omachi from the Kinugawa River system.
