I rather like this drink.
I haven't seen it in a while, so I decided to make a toast.
It's refreshing and sweet!
This is how I usually describe my favorite sake.

Acidity 1.8
Alcohol content 15.5
The aroma is mild and melon-like aroma spreads in the mouth. Although it is called dry, it is quite sweet. The label says it has a soft mouthfeel, but the taste is complex and full-bodied, with sweetness followed by sourness and astringency. It is a solid and drinkable sake, not unlike a Junmai Daiginjo.

First bottle on a trip to Nasu and at Tsukii Sake Shop.
The sharpness and the ginjo aroma are in good harmony.
It is very drinkable for its strength.
