Using subterranean soft water from the Kinugawa River system, it has a mild aroma and a thick, juicy flavor characteristic of Omachi rice, but with a clean, clear and crisp finish.
It is certainly a bit dry, but it is easy to drink!

Sake My Life
(Cold Sake).
The aroma is slightly creamy with a hint of lactic acidity.
The taste is "light and dry with a touch of bitterness.
The mouthfeel is really clean and refreshing. However, the lingering bitterness and slight acidity give the impression of fullness as a rice flavor, leading to a sharpness. It is not a sake that I would buy in the future, but it tastes great as a mid-meal sake.
I will try it at room temperature.

It has a very dry taste due to the 17° alcohol content, and there is a trace of sweetness.
It is not a smooth sake...but a mild sake with a slight stickiness unique to the use of soft water.
