Stable Tochigi line. It may be similar to the Tochigi line, but it is still my favorite. It has good umami and sharpness even when served cold. It is also good at room temperature and lukewarm. It may be the perfection of the taste of Omachi from the Kinugawa River system.

Return of our ally R.BAAS‼️ Welcome back ‼️ I was able to meet you in the midst of your busy schedule. I used to go to Yonenshin often. relocated due to redevelopment. I went there for the first time in a long time. Great lineup as always. Sake that stands out from the rest One of the most outstanding sake I had never heard of this brand before... Acidity, slight sparks, full-bodied... Everything is well balanced! It was a wonderful sake! Me and BASS went back to the same place I will come back and study sake again I will study ‼️ Thank you for your continued support ❗️

I opened the bottle yesterday, but I was busy so I uploaded it today. I was looking forward to it because it was my first bottle of Zenbei Omachi. I was looking forward to it...especially if it is only available in small quantities... The first day, the aroma was a little gorgeous, but today it is a little alcoholic 🤏. The aroma is a bit floral on the first day, but today it has a bit of alcohol 🤏, and the Omachi character is also present in a modest way, but the sharpness is good 🧐. It's Omachi but with a sharp taste👍 Tochigi Ai 🥰.

Tsuji Zenbei was not here for the traveling SAKE. I found and bought it at Yamanaka Sake store after the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. I didn't know they sold Tsuji Zenbei. I thought only Kurinoya in Izumisunagawa carried it. It has a mild sweetness. It has a freshness and greenness. The overall atmosphere is similar to the Gohyakumangoku I drank before. Gohyakumangoku was sweeter and gassy. I think the sweetness has become stronger after a few days. The 4th photo, this is what happens when I only post Tochigi sake 🤣. I'll upload the recommended sake too, so don't rush me 🤣.

Junmai Ginjo Yumesasara Rice: Yumesasara (T-shu 25/Yamadanishiki) Alcohol content: 17 Percentage: 50 Sake Degree: +7 Acidity: 1.9 Bottled: 2022.1 It was in a goody bag and kept in ice temperature at home for a while. The initial aroma is fresh but relatively mild. The overtone is fresh, but relatively mild, and the aroma and the sense of being taken away are melon-like, not too strong, not too subtle, and natural. The flavor is softly sweet at first sip, but after the second sip, you can taste the acidity and bitterness characteristic of nama sake. It finishes with a strong kick. It would be good with fruit cheese. It can be drunk on its own.

Training, because I did two hours! Refueling! It's been a while since I've seen Tsuji-san. Fresh! Light melon, a little bit of fresh gas and sharpness, but the rice flavor comes on easily. But the umami of the rice also comes through. You can drink this all the time.
