Slightly fizzy and fruity. Sweeter than expected. I like this a lot. Fruity, sweet and tasty, with a trace of bitterness. You can't go wrong with Nagurayama no matter what you drink. I think it might be my favorite among all the Nagurayama I've had so far. After 2 days, the gas is still there, but the bitterness seems to have increased.

Sake tasting set of a chain of soba noodle shops in Aizu Nagori-Kurayama Nigori-Kurazake Kaito Otokoyama Junmai Sake Yaemon dry sake I think this is the first time I've had a nigori from Nagurayama. I am sure about Otokoyama and Yaemon! Good sake at a casual chain! Tempura manju is also good to drink with this sake.

Very nice fruity nose. Peary, light pineapple. There is also a hint of citrus in there, a harmony of freshness and sweetness with a bit of acidity. It is a junmai, but it does not feel too rich. As the temperature rises, the sweetness and aroma with a pineapple feel increases. It is light and easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much at 16% alcohol.

Purchased at a local liquor store. May 4 We had beer at my wife's parents' house today, so we decided to drink sake as well 😊. The first time I drank Nagurayama, it was so delicious that this sake caught my eye at a local liquor store. I was originally going to buy this sake, but decided against it. In the mouth it has a solid sake feel and sweetness. The second half finishes with a soft spiciness. I thought it was a very easy to drink sake.

Thanks again for a great week - ✌️ Yakitori take out, I took out yakitori and had a home izakaya with dashimaki, edamame and tsukemono 😆. Today's menu is here 🍶. My favorite Nagurayama ~☺️ I was wondering if there was one like this last year, maybe they changed the label 🤔. I like the balance of acidity, fruity and bitterness!
