Tempura manju is also good to drink with this sake.
Very nice fruity nose. Peary, light pineapple. There is also a hint of citrus in there, a harmony of freshness and sweetness with a bit of acidity. It is a junmai, but it does not feel too rich. As the temperature rises, the sweetness and aroma with a pineapple feel increases. It is light and easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much at 16% alcohol.
I had it cold.

We had scallop okura, grilled squid, gizzard, and baked small package as snacks.

We had beer at my wife's parents' house today, so we decided to drink sake as well 😊.
The first time I drank Nagurayama, it was so delicious that this sake caught my eye at a local liquor store.
I was originally going to buy this sake, but decided against it.
In the mouth it has a solid sake feel and sweetness.
The second half finishes with a soft spiciness.
I thought it was a very easy to drink sake.

The sweetness spreads softly, and the aftertaste is smooth and clean. You feel like you are drinking sake. It soaks into your body...
This may be the first time I've tasted a sake with added sugar. Sugar added to sake is often considered a bad thing among sake drinkers, but surprisingly, it is not a bad thing.
