☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK It seems to be a test brew. 💁🏻‍♂️ "This is the only place you can drink it: ❗️" You're right, they know what they're doing.... So I'll have some 😆. It's white like a "orikarami" (a kind of "cloudy" rice wine). ⚪️ You can feel the rice on your tongue 🌾. Sweetness is the sweetness of rice 🤔. The umami taste is a little bit aftertaste. There is a little gasiness 🫧. The eva-like flyer is also very aggressive 🥳.

The deep umami and sweetness are well balanced, and it is both light and firm, making it a very pleasant mid-meal sake. It is best when paired with something rather robust. It is a very high level of a light, clean and robust sake.
