The lid opens quickly.
Lactic acidity, savory smell of rice.
Apple, umami, refreshing acidity, not too forward sweetness, plum-like acidity swells. Delicious on its own.
I am a fan of baby star with hot water, but this time I left it as it is. The taste of the baby star matches the deliciousness of the sake, and the sake envelops it nicely. The combined aftertaste is irresistible. It is so good that I would buy it if I tasted it.
Apparently developed to be combined with Baby Star Ramen
Comes with a bag of Baby Star Ramen
When I see the bag, I want it!
It tastes great with Baby Star Ramen!
But it also tastes great on its own!
Meimon Sake Kai's hanpukai for March.
This was my first time drinking it and it was delicious.
It was fruity with a little gas.
It was a well-balanced sake that was smooth and easy to drink with plenty of umami.
Enjoy with Baby Star Ramen! The name of the sake is "Wakaebisu Wakaebi Star Junmai Ginjo"!
The sake comes with a bag of Baby Star Ramen!
The sake has a mild aroma, a clean taste, a moderate sweetness from the rice, and a sharp aftertaste that is delicious enough to be enjoyed on its own!
The sake is also delicious on its own, with a nice sweet rice flavor and a clean finish,
The sake is a perfect match when paired with the included baby ramen noodles! Both the glass and the baby ramen seem to go on indefinitely.
The marriage of sake and dagashi is completed on the spot! You will be fooled and give it a try!

Named after the season in which Matsuo Basho, a famous haiku poet from Iga, composed his poem, Waka Ebisu is a masterpiece of Daiginjyo made by polishing up to 40% Yamada-Nishiki produced in Mie prefecture and carefully acidified by the brewer for 10 years below zero. It has a youthful ginjo aroma as if it were new sake, and when you put it in your mouth, it spreads a mellow flavor that can only be achieved by aging.
I found an interesting one-cup drink and compared them 🎵.

Sake made with MLA12, a Mie Prefecture yeast named after malic acid.
Apple juice! It was so sweet and easy to drink with an apple flavor that you would think it was apple juice.
