Rich and full mouthfeel. Best very cold and after having been open a while. There are definite undertones of marshmallow that I'm not huge on but it's very smooth.

Opened yesterday and left in the fridgeovernight. Very soft and delicate. Good subtle flavor of cucumber and stone fruit. Very nice and clean finish.

Didn't take notes on first open yesterday but on day two I find this sake very soft and smooth. Lots of lychee, quince. A nice drink. 8/10

On first open, strong nose of forest floor, thin and smooth mouthfeel, flavors of melon, apple, rose, with a slightly alcohol finish.
Left it open and chilled and tried again the second day. Very smooth texture with a mushroom bramble flavor.
All told, a very versatile sake. 7/10

Very soft on the front of the palate at first open. Some nice acidity throughout. I get cacao, celery, and a bit of anise with a rich mouthfeel. Quite nice.

Very nice on first open. Soft and clean, dry texture, light acidic finish. Understated flavor with notes of umami, jasmine, and bread.

A very nice drink right at the open. Very pale color, almost clear unless held to the light. The nose is soft umami but the palate is flavorful. Melon, licorice, lycee, straw, with undertones of earthy mushroom. Nice long finish. Looking forward to tasting it after its been open a few hours.

On first open, mushroom/umami on the nose, plum and melon/apple on the palate. Very smooth texture. Stone and mineral on the finish. A nice drink.

Wonderfully soft and delicate on first taste. Smooth, dry, mouthfeel; no burn; notes of mushroom, forest, moss. Definitely one of my favorites so far.

Quite flavorful at first open with heavy mushroom umami qualities. Left it overnight and found it much softer and more pleasant the second day. Melon, sweet potato, and a long finish. Very nice once opened for a bit.

Very different than most. Bright intense acidity and citrus/yuzu on the palate. Funky and spicy, likely from not being pasteurized. Clean finish.
6/10 on the first taste as it is not really my style.

Had this again as I forgot I had already tried it (which, funnily enough, is why I got this app!) and was pleased. On the initial open at room temp it has a forward nose and a strong, almost mushroom umami flavor. Very smooth and soft texture. I believe my previous report was likely from a very chilled bottle but all in all this is a nice drink.

Well so far I've tried to explore Japanese sake only and avoid US based producers, but this one was given to me. All in all its not that bad; smooth, flavorful, dry. A nice drink.

Really quite nice the second day it was open. It was a bit tight on the first drink but the next day softened well and I got a lot of melon on the palate.

8/10. Light and crisp mouthfeel; a bright flavor either good depth; a bit of heat on the finish but clean. All in all an excellent offering for my palate.
