A very nice and balanced drink. Full bodied flavor and a rich texture, I get lots of lychee. melon, peach though nice and dry. Finish is pleasant and smooth. A great sake and best chilled the second day.
Nicely fruit forward, earth and potato, with a good balance of flavor and texture. My friend says "when you're planting tubers, the smell of the dirt and greenery." Rich and savory. A great drink.
Light but noticeablely sweet nose. Smooth and soft texture, clean, light fruit with some funk and acidity. A nice drink but a tad too acidic/alcohol flavored for me on the whole.
I had this in a restaurant last night but was already pretty deep and couldn't recall what I thought other than I liked it. Picked a bottle up and it's definitely quite nice. Opened straight out of the fridge and get a very round and smooth texture. Acidity on the finish but a dry flavorful palate. Lychee and pear. A nice drink.
Rice: Ginnosei and Miyama Nishiki
A new offering at my local grocery, tasted chilled. At first open the nose is soft and the texture very smooth. Dry, good flavor of rose, spice, and a background of melon. Very tasty.
Tried this immediately after the junmai offering by the same brand. This one is just as soft on the palate, really terrific texture, and is also not extremely flavorful, though perhaps a bit more so than the last. Understated tones of melon and lycee but nothing intense. Very nice.
Kizakura "Tsu" No Sake Junmai
I can't find the brewery on this app so I made a new entry. Tasted at fridge temp.
Very soft mouthfeel and finish, like, silky soft. Subtle flavor of lychee and melon with no long finish. I would say this is not very flavorful but has great texture, very palatable for my taste.
Nose: fresh, moderately intense.
Palate: honeydew melon and briar, cashew, black current. Spice on the long finish with strong acidity and alcohol.
The bottle doesn't say much as far as polishing ratio so I can't say more but it's a nice drink at first open.
All in all a pretty straight forward and unobjectionable sake. Dry, fruit forward, good acidity, long finish.
On the second day I'm getting big melon and cantaloupe on the palate. Very round and smooth.
Left it open overnight and drank chilled. Very soft and round mouthfeel. Flavor is forward and has overtones of sweetness, marshmallow, fig, honey. It is dry overall but a tad bit on the sweet side for me.
A straight forward sake. Dry and full bodied, a bit of marshmallow on the palate which I'm not a fan of, but no sweetness on the finish. All together something I'd prefer with food.

A nice drink on first sip. Very soft and smooth, mostly mild flavor of green apple, celery, grass, and minerals. Would possibly be best cold and open for a while for a softer beverage.
Absolutely fantastic label.

I don't usually go for flavored sake but this one seemed interesting. It is made with Hassaku orange and needs to be served cold. On its own it's a tad sweet for me, but over ice with a bit of sparkling water it is very refreshing. A nice mid-afternoon lower alcohol beverage.
Rich and full mouthfeel. Best very cold and after having been open a while. There are definite undertones of marshmallow that I'm not huge on but it's very smooth.

Opened yesterday and left in the fridgeovernight. Very soft and delicate. Good subtle flavor of cucumber and stone fruit. Very nice and clean finish.

On first open, strong nose of forest floor, thin and smooth mouthfeel, flavors of melon, apple, rose, with a slightly alcohol finish.
Left it open and chilled and tried again the second day. Very smooth texture with a mushroom bramble flavor.
All told, a very versatile sake. 7/10
Very soft on the front of the palate at first open. Some nice acidity throughout. I get cacao, celery, and a bit of anise with a rich mouthfeel. Quite nice.

A very nice drink right at the open. Very pale color, almost clear unless held to the light. The nose is soft umami but the palate is flavorful. Melon, licorice, lycee, straw, with undertones of earthy mushroom. Nice long finish. Looking forward to tasting it after its been open a few hours.
