Well so far I've tried to explore Japanese sake only and avoid US based producers, but this one was given to me. All in all its not that bad; smooth, flavorful, dry. A nice drink.

Really quite nice the second day it was open. It was a bit tight on the first drink but the next day softened well and I got a lot of melon on the palate.

8/10. Light and crisp mouthfeel; a bright flavor either good depth; a bit of heat on the finish but clean. All in all an excellent offering for my palate.

7/10. Forward flavor but very pleasant. Clean texture with a bit of minerality and a bit astringent on the finish.

9/10. Very understated but nuanced flavor. Light and soft texture with pepper and herbs on the finish. Very much my style of a sake.

7/10. Very nice texture and full flavor. Lots of apple. Much more appetizing after it was opened for a few days as it seemed to relax a bit.

8/10. Soft nose but forward flavor. Excellent texture. Balanced overall.
