100% Koshi-tanrei is used. It has a relatively light flavor among the Gintagawa brands, but it has its own peculiar taste. Gindagawa has a unique peculiar flavor. This one was moderate. Gindagawa's sake has an image of a flavor range that is layered vertically in layers.

Sake degree -2 degrees Slightly sweet sake. It has a mild and tasty flavor with no alcohol angle due to aging. The sweetness is not from sugar, but from rice, so it goes down the throat softly and smoothly. I would like to try heating it up next time.

Sotenbo Red 100% Yamada-Nishiki, unpasteurized sake Dry, well integrated taste, no corners. It is best as a food sake with salted fish, etc. Sotenbo Blue Koshigaraki 100%, single shot fire-brewed You can enjoy the change of taste in your mouth. A little bitterness and acidity come into play later.

Collaboration with Fumika, a shamisen player from Niigata. Using rice grown with shamisen music from rice planting to harvesting, the shamisen is played during the sake brewing process, and the sake is made with the brewer's skill. The sake goes down your throat smoothly and without any clues in your mouth. It is not sake!　Here is my impression of the taste.
