My first impression was, "What the heck is this? I was impressed by the sake's challenging nature. It is brewed with a yeast extracted from a flower called sawaoguruma, which grows in the Fukushima lagoon where lagoon Brewery is located, and hops are added to it! This sake overturns the concept of sake.

Collaboration with Fumika, a shamisen player from Niigata. Using rice grown with shamisen music from rice planting to harvesting, the shamisen is played during the sake brewing process, and the sake is made with the brewer's skill. The sake goes down your throat smoothly and without any clues in your mouth. It is not sake! Here is my impression of the taste.
