The newest sake brewery in Niigata Prefecture. lagoon Brewery
Since they cannot produce sake in Japan, this sake is treated as other brews, but I was impressed by the variety of challenging sake brewing.
My first impression was, "What the heck is this? I was impressed by the sake's challenging nature.
It is brewed with a yeast extracted from a flower called sawaoguruma, which grows in the Fukushima lagoon where lagoon Brewery is located, and hops are added to it!
This sake overturns the concept of sake.
