I heard it's called Enmusubi. I see 🙄.
It's a big-boned rice flavor that is typical of Gohyakumangoku 🌾.
It is easy to drink with a clean yet thick umami and a strong flavor with the sense of rice at its core.
It is said to be a sake made by local high school students and may be the start of the birth of a future star toji✨🤗.
