Surprisingly, this is the first time I've had a Kozaemon draft. I've always wanted to try it, but the timing hasn't been right and I've only had the hiya-oshi and hiyayakoshi versions.
It's a CWS sake, but I didn't see it in the store, but it seems there were only 200 bottles or so.
This is the first time I've had a rice called Asahi no Yume. Fruity, a little sweet and refreshing. I don't think it has much of a freshness to it. It is a sake that is a fusion of modern and classic.
Personally, I thought it was too subtle. For a junmai daiginjo, it tastes messy or...
On a side note, there is now a Yamanaka Sake store at Osaka Station, which I thought was more convenient and easier to get to than the main store in Daikokucho 😁.

Dear BOUKEN, Thank you for your hard work. It was nice to meet you, even if it was only for a short time remotely.
I took only a picture of this, but failed to review it. I didn't know the quantity was so small. I did not know that.

Thanks for your hard work, Mr. Greissinger19!
I could feel the enthusiasm of the Kyushu Off-line Meeting in a short time 😁I saw it in a store and wondered if there was such a thing in CWS. I saw it in a store and looked it up, and it seems that's what it was about.
