I know the dates are back to back, but... On the 7th, we had an off-line meeting 🥳 with Tomo-san, who came from Kumamoto on a business trip. It was a weekday, so we had a short time, but we had a great time ✨. We were 5 members including MAJ, NOCHI and Ane-san. I was told that he was a serious person and that he drank a lot without knowledge of alcohol... 🥺That's not true at all 😁Everyone at Sake no Wa is hilarious 😂Anee-san had a gala the next day after talking too much about such and such 😂. I heard that the next day was a bit of a rough day for Ane-san 🤣. The corned beef entrée in the 4th picture. Do you know what it is called? It's called "komaneci" 😏. Chocolate? Hmm? I can't remember 💦. tomo-san, please let me know if you're ever in Tokyo again 👋

Good evening, Yucachin 😀 You ate the comaneci 😋 even before you ate it? I know I was 😁. I think we were talking about how the old gymnastics uniforms looked like diapers 🤣. I'll ask you again 👋

Yukachin-san Good evening. I think the "chi" might be the chili pepper or chili powder on top 😁. I haven't posted it yet, but this is the first Jyushiro I drank outside! This Nakadori is really good 😍.

👩‍🏫 I was reading a business book (but it's a manga... I was reading a business book (but it's a kind of manga) and the storyline was perfect for me, a shoujo manga lover, and after I finished reading it, I thought, "Ha, that was sweet and sour. I was so happy to read it, and after I finished it, I was like, "Haa, it was sweet and sour... I've replenished my sweetness! Last week, Tomo-san was coming to Tokyo, so I went to see him after finishing my work at a very fast pace. I went to see him with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan. We are in the same grade, so we had a lot of fun talking about 🤫, regardless of our age. It's a private room, so it's okay to be a little bit loud. I'm sure it's okay to be a little bit loud. Thank you MAJ, the great secretary, for the reservation! The restaurant staff told me, "You guys really drink a lot, don't you? He said it twice because it's important 😆. It was not an all-you-can-drink event, so I think the amount I drank was about 400 ml. I wasn't drunk on alcohol, but I was drunk on conversation and had a lot of fun. I wanted to talk more. I didn't expect to be seated on the Odakyu train on the way home. But we didn't fall asleep because of the amount we drank and both of us returned home safely. ✌️ Oh, my first Hana-yosu was just as I had heard, sweet, rich, but refreshing and delicious (short!).

Good evening, Ane! 😄 Thanks for your hard work the other day! The moment I heard you were seated on the train on the way home, I believed you were on the last leg of the course. 😂Sorry for one less story 🤣.

This was the last of the social events. Kurumazaka Ginjo-shu to go with fish This is what we chose for our last order. When Mr. Nochi asked for a recommendation that was not on the menu, Kurumasaka was available. Since it was the last order, we ordered cold sake and lukewarm sake. I started with the cold sake. Yes, it's delicious, but maybe not so distinctive. How about lukewarm sake? I personally prefer it lukewarm because of its increased umami (flavor). I wrote a brief review of the sake, I was so engrossed in the story that I don't remember much of the taste 😅. I calculated how much we drank and it was a little more than 2 gou per person + 🍺! Everyone is a heavy drinker, so they drank more and more without changing their color. It was fun to have everyone here even though it was a weekday. I think I will come to Tokyo at least once a year, so please come again. 🙇‍♂

The social event will continue a little longer. I was so engrossed in talking that my memory of the taste of the food and drinks is very doubtful 🤣. Next is a sake that I was curious about from the moment I entered the restaurant! Sohno-Kangiku Ocean99 Kukai This sake has a modern taste. Gorgeous, sweet, delicious, fruity 🥰. Everyone loves it 😊. There are so many kinds of chrysanthemums in cold chrysanthemum, I can't remember any of them.

Koryukai in Kanda Followed by (probably) Junmai Ginjyo by SAGATA I don't remember the taste impression. I only remember that it was easy to drink and tasty, so I'll leave the taste review to others. I was getting nice and drunk, so I think I was poisoning myself 😅... There are a lot of things you can't talk about when you're sober 🤣. I realized again that MAJ is a very nice person on this day 😊.

The social event was a great success🤣. We're still drinking. Drinks with different paths continue Honjozo by Naohiko Noguchi Laboratory A heavy and solid sake. Almost no aroma. If anything, it is a classic sake. Sourness from a rich umami. It also has a bit of caramel-like sweetness and bitterness. It's my favorite kind of sake, and although it was served cold this time, it's delicious warmed up 😊. I forgot the order, but I had a lukewarm bottle of Daishichi Junmai (I forgot to take a picture of it too). It's been a while since I've had a Daishichi, but heated sake is delicious 🥰. Yucachin, you were so cool, drinking like a man 😍.

The social gathering (punching bag?) will continue 😁. Next up is the Jyushidai Nakadori Junmai! I rarely have a chance to drink Jyushidai, so when I do, I order it 😁. I asked for it while I could taste it. Wow, it's so rich and sweet! I'm happy to drink sweet and tasty sake 🥰. I can drink it so easily because it's so delicious 🤤. It's expensive, so I'd like to drink it over time. We are sharing a large sake bottle (240mL) among 5 people, so the sake will run out soon. The picture includes a sexy Nochi-san in the chest 😏. Ane-san, please decide what to drink next.

Social event with SAKEWA members in Tokyo 🥰. followed by Isoban Junmai Ginjo I think I drank it at the beginning of the party, I don't have much of an impression of the taste. It seemed to have more sweetness and umami than the Isobojiman I remember, My memory of Isoboast is that it is a honjozo. It is nice to meet all of you except MAJ, We are having a normal conversation without much self-introduction. I was most surprised to see you and Ane were the same age 😳.

To Tokyo to participate in a conference starting the next day ✈. About 10 days before I confirmed my plans during my stay in Tokyo, I invited MAJ to have a drink with me, and he said yes with a simple "yes"! He even made reservations at a restaurant. A man who can do his job is cool 👍. The next day, I received a line from MAJ saying that the number of people had increased. As a shy person, I was nervous 😱. I arrived at the venue, Yucachin-san and Nocchi-san had already arrived. It was the first time for me to meet them in real life. After that, MAJ and Ane-san arrived and the party started with 5 people 🍺. The first sake was a Junmai Daiginjo (sake Musashi) from Hanahayo. This rice called "Sake Musashi" was the first time for us to drink it? Nochi-san told us that this rice is from Saitama. I heard they also use it in Shinkame, so I might have had it 🤔. It's a gorgeous and fruity sake~! This will be very popular! You're writing the same review as the other day when I drank Hachikan Nishiki from Hanahayo 😅. I'll try it next time!
