The pleasant bitterness is brought together with a creamy finish, leaving a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste, and the overall impression, including the aroma, is gorgeous. Although it is a noble sake, there is no sweetness or clinginess, and it is definitely delicious as a first drink before a meal. It is a wonderful sake that makes one think that there is no waste in every drop, as if the flavor has been condensed.
