When I visited Yoshida Sake Shop for Chiyotsuru, I found a sake that looked like a white cloud. I took a chance and brought it with me.
It seems to be released every year at this time.
I opened the bottle. It was a little foamy and bubbly, but it settled right away and I opened the bottle at once. After a while, a white cloud appeared and suddenly it seemed like it was going to blow out. I hurriedly poured it into a bowl to be safe.
The taste is dry, not sweet. Slightly dry, maybe. It's just puffy and tasty, but the high alcohol content helps a lot 😆.
