Saku Oise Junmai Ginjo A limited edition product made by Sake-no-Ten Morishita. Purchase at Morishita Sake Shop Oharaicho Dori Store. Slightly fruity and sweeter than regular Saku. Slightly dry and sake-like in the second half. Nice sharpness and short aftertaste. Slightly fizzy? Fruity and sweeter when raised to near room temperature 🤔. Well, the day I went to Ise shrine, the bus driver said it was the busiest day of the year and the long bus like a train (called "articulated bus" 😅) was packed. I forgot to take a picture, but I heard they also run in Kobe city 🚌. Also, there was a signboard of a sake shop called Hatsujitsu in the entertainment district called Daimon in Tsu. I had never heard of it, but I heard it went out of business in 2021 😢. I searched the street view and found that there is a detached house for sale being built in the area where the warehouse used to be...

bouken-san, good evening 🦉It is quite common for sake breweries to go out of business and sell their land for housing 😔. I remember when I went to surveying to help a colleague, I was sad to see a brick chimney left on a vacant lot 🥲. I'm going to go buy a new one since it's been a while since I've had a chance to buy a new one.

Good morning bouken 🌞. First day 🌄 was the family of a senior employee of my former employer who was a brewery owner. I heard that it was sold to a relative a few years before it closed down. I heard that it was a classic heated sake.

Good evening, sake-loving land surveyor. I have mixed feelings about Nada because even though it says sake brewery street, there are places that were turned into condominiums and commercial facilities after the earthquake 😔. It's sad when there are traces of land that has been cleared 😢.

Good evening, Ms. Matsuchiyo. What a surprise to find someone I know who is involved 😳 If I had been to Mie before the Corona disaster, I would have had a drink 😓.
