Dry fully fermented
No new sake, this was recommended to me.
It's dry and well fermented.
Since it is in Nihonbashi, there is a plan to watch the Hakone Ekiden (relay race).
There are 32 sake breweries collaborated Junmai sake.
I remember Shiga, when I was in high school with Zenjo High School.
We had a practice match with Zesho High School when I was in high school 😅.
Now, I'm tipsy and looking at the Christmas 🎄decorations.
I went to an oden shop 🍢 for a drink while looking at the Christmas 🎄decorations.
Naturally, I drank sake 🍶 there too

Blue drinks
Aroma is normal sake, soft attack. The taste is crisp and dry, with a light mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
The blue herb "butterfly pea" was blended to express the bright blue color of Lake Biwa while maintaining the flavor of ginjo-shu.
The flavor is said to be "blue".
It looks cool and is suitable for summer. I finished it while I was loving the color😅.

香りが素晴らしい。お祝いでもらう花束のような香り。フルーティか？と思わせて甘くなくドライ。旨みは濃いめ。甘みよりの旨み。とても人気の銘柄なんだそう。よく覚えておこう。
TAGOSAKU
渡船という復刻された古く珍しい酒米で作られたお酒。この前に違う酒蔵の同じ酒米で醸したお酒も飲んだけど、共通点は麦のような香ばしさかな。キリッと切れつつ、あとでカッとくる感じ。一杯で満足度は高い。
