I missed only "Dusk Orange" in a series of releases in the past few months, but the third honored chrysanthemum of this season is "Sunburst".
From the first sip, the concentrated acidity spreads, followed by the usual soft lactic acid aroma that is typical of Kouyoungiku.
Personally, I preferred Anastasia Green for its refreshing taste and lack of peculiarities, but all of them were very refined sakes.
It's a pity that I can't express the difference because I only drink Koenigiku.
