Sotenbo's professional-only nigori!
The one that is so hard to open~! I think it took about 10 minutes last time...! I thought it would take 10 minutes, but I was relieved to hear that it takes 10 minutes for even a restaurant worker to open the nigori.
I opened the bottle a little bit and it got very hot, so I quickly closed it and let it cool down. This time, I was able to start drinking in about 5 minutes!
