I can't evaluate it because I drank it in a special way, as a bone wine of sea bream.
This cup of sake seems to be a "Kasen" sake.
I don't know much about sake because I started drinking sake after the classification system was abolished, but it seems that "Kasen" is equivalent to "Ni-kyu".
I guess it means "normal sake".
I think it is an excellent sake for when other tastes are added, such as bone wine.
It was delicious.
