Yumeginko, all-Nagoya junmai sake, with sake rice also grown in Nagoya City.
This junmai sake is soft on the palate with a gentle sweetness.
It was a nice restaurant.
To finish off the meal, we went to Imaike station and had Taiwanese ramen.
It was even better than I had imagined.
Clear, refreshing and spicy.
